RETAI03582 Showing 1 location Job Details Description This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions Performs food-handling and service duties Answers questions relating to all F&B products Any other tasks that may be assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED Cash-handling experience preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Food Handlers card required Alcohol awareness card required QUALIFICATIONS Must be minimum of 21 years old Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions Must have demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environmentINDRO2 Qualifications Skills Behaviors :
